Our quest led us to explore the vibrant streets of Kigali, where we had the opportunity to connect with both M.T.N. and Airtel mobile agents. This immersive experience allowed us to not only unearth valuable insights but also posed pertinent questions as part of our ongoing research. In our interactions with these mobile agents, we delved into the challenges they encounter in their daily activities.
